What we collect, and why
When you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them only to send you updates about Designing for Belonging, and to greet you by name.

Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by subscribing. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes your data
Our newsletter provider is Keila (Pentacent, Germany). It stores data on servers within the EU, run by Hetzner (Germany), Scaleway (France) and Amazon Web Services in the EU. [When we start sending:] Emails are sent through Proton Mail (Switzerland). We never sell or share your data with anyone else.

Tracking
We don’t track whether you open our emails or click links in them.

How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to receive a copy of it. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. If you think we’ve handled your data wrongly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
